Hi,

I've had good tenants for a few years so haven't put their rent up till now. I've now agreed with them that I will but an stuck on filling out the Form 4 for the rent increase Does anyone know what I put in part 3 please? (The notes don't help). Do I put in the first date I could have put the rent up (A year after they moved in?) or the date I will be putting the rent up now?
