Hello peers.

I have served Section 13 on my tenant demanding a rent increase. He is in receipt of UC. He verbally said he is not going to pay the increase. I waited for an Email from him, or a rent adjustication tribunal to communicate with me the tenant's objection to the increase. But, so far nothing happened, and no Emails, nor letters were sent to me. I served Section 13 notice on the tenant on the 15th March 2023 for the increase to take effect from the 17th April 2023. His UC payment into the account on the 21st April 2023 did not reflect the increase, meaning he has not informed them. Besides, he is not communicating with me.

My question, how do I communicate to the UC the rent increase, and what forms do I need to fill.

Thank you for your responses.
