I am looking to enforce  CCJ for £3,000 which is transferred up to high court. I understand I have the following options (please correct me if I am wrong)

  1. Order to Obtain Information (to get employment details)
  2. County Court Warrant of Execution
  3. Attachment of Earnings Order

Please note

  • Tenant already evicted in Dec
  • Trace has been completed and we have their address

My question is would I need to attend court for the 3 options? When I originally obtained the CCJ I was glad I had a solicitor as the judge asked very questions with very difficult complex terminology so I was relieved I had someone asking questions on my behalf
