Hi For last 14years I had been managing my own property. I am willing to let an Estate Agent full management with rent gurantee included with my property but the question is should I get them to do the Inventory list at £144 + vat? The property is part furnished but since I will be selling the house in the future I am not brothered about having them back. And as a landlord should my insurance include building and contents, previously I have always gone with building only.
