CGT reporting

I've just transferred a rental property to my spouse.  It's a UK property but we both live outside the UK. I was assuming that I would still need to do a CGT report to HMRC on the 'disposal' but am struggling to navigate the online report to get it to record that there was no financial gain/CGT payable (which I was assuming it would be). I would appreciate any advice please.
