I would like to  transfer one of my rental properties to by 23 years old son. There is no mortgage on the property and my son has never owned a property.

The property will remain on rent and son will manage it and complete his own self assessment.

What are the tax implications and what is the best way to do this to minimise tax. I do have an appointment with my account end of next week but thinking ahead
