Good Morning

looking for some advice re county court claim.

I followed the process required to try to claim back more than £5k from a previous tenant, but nothing was paid. (Even got to bailiffs part and said they had no contents to sell)

I was advised to leave it for a while as the claimants were hopping around. It has now been 2 years since the judgement was issued and then last month I received a letter from benefits with some new information regarding the previous tenants, surrounding fraud, which has got me motivated to try to claim the money back again

any advice on which forms / process I need to follow or any handy hints from experience?
