Hi all,

Sorry if this is covered somewhere else, I did a search, and couldn't see how to specifically search the forum?

So with the MEES coming online shorty for EPC minimum of C, we landlords need to think about upgrading our buildings.

Has anyone come across funders that are willing to lend against these improvements, either direct mortgage companies, or 3rd parties?
Is there scope to add something to the rent to cover the extra, an energy supplement say, given the improvement in EPC will reduce the bills of the tenant, not the landlord - so the cost savings should go to the landlord to cover the CapEx?

What is your approach? Does the NRLA have a policy?
