Hi, I have a studio flat heated by a communal oil boiler. Up until now I have estimated the price of the heating and hot water and included that in the rent. I am considering putting in a heat meter. A couple of questions, do they work are they easy to use, can the tenant interfere with the meter? They are expensive, I have been quote £800 to fit one and I want to make sure it works
