We have a couple of tenants who have been with us for over 10 years each. They are happy, we are happy and the houses are well kept. I see them from time to time when they report any repairs that they need doing.

I also visit them every 6 months to touch base and have them sign a Periodic Tenancy agreement. Is this OK to do this or should the original Tenancy agreement that they signed at the begining of their tenancy be sufficent?
