Hello I've had a tenant who left my property about a month ago (i got her to surrender the tenancy) the problem is that she's left most of her belongings furniture clothes etc in the house does anyone have any advice on what to do next has anyone been in the same situation looking for advice any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you
