Accelerated possession pay by cheque??

I'm trying to serve accelerated possession on my tenant, but in order to apply to the courts, I have to send them a cheque!! I haven't got a chequebook...I can order one but will take a week to get it...anyone know if 

 

1) I can pay by any other means? 

2) the cheque has to be in either of the landlords names or if it can be someone one else's account (like my mums!!)
