My tenant has been in the house for over 28 years. The tenancy agreement was set up by a letting agency and is two pages long. I joined NRLA hoping to find a replacement for the Welsh occupation contract ( periodic) but I cannot find it. Any pointers to find it or should I stick with the Welsh one? This is a nightmare and does not seem to be ending but I can`t  give notice to my tenant, she wouldn`t even be able to afford a bed-sit
