Hi All

I have been rteading through the 'nrla.org.uk/resources/wales/converting-tenancies-to-occupation-contracts guide and it seems i can issue an Occ Contract to allow for incvrease of rent instead of an S13 that i hqave done oin the past,  tenant moved in and had an AST on the 14th November 2016.

I used the stansard AST from here and it is now obviously periodic.

Im confused on what dates to use on the new Occ Contract here and even if it is the correct one!! -nrla.org.uk/downloaddocument=1517

I think the min notice is 1 month  (rent is due on 14th per calender month).

What date i start the Occ Contract exactly, even the 'guidance' is confusing.

This is very confusing imo and even my tenant (contract holder!!!) is confused but will work with me regading dates.........

Can anyone advise if this is correct as the dates fall in timescale to issue a new Occ Contract.

Thanks in advance.
