B&B for temporary accommodation query...

Does anyone have any advice on finance options to purchase a HMO for use with the local council as temporary accommodation for people waiting to go onto the housing list?  There are many B&B type establishments in London so there must be finance companies who provide this type of deal but can anyone put me onto a company that would be able to assist?
