Hi.

I entered into a R2R agreement with a company. I have now got possession from the courts. The council tenants are still in the property, how do I evict them if they do not move. Do I have to get possession from them or can I just apply for bailiffs. The council tenants are in the property on a nightly accommodation agreement.

Any help from anyone who has been through a similar situation would be much appreciated.
