Hello. I have just inherited my fathers house. It needs a lot of work so someone has started (last week) to sort the place out. I reckon it will be around 12 weeks before it's ready for its first rental. Does anyone here know a good insurer for this? I haven't had much luck as I must have answered a question wrong! It's just a normal house with no issues and no mortgage in a flood free bit of London.

I don't mind insuring with one company whilst the work is ongoing and then swithching fter it's finished if that makes any difference.
