I write further to my N316 post earlier (the responses to which have led me to this latest development which I think deserves its own thread).

I wanted to have a CCJ from 2019 registered because I was awarded possession and rent arrears in August 2019. Bailiff attended in November that year and executed warrant of possession. The N325 detailed rent arrears due in section 4 of the form.

However, after writing to the county court, they confirm it has not been registered and in a hand written note they stated that "the judgment is not registered until the court receives an application to enforce the judgment". Was the N325 Request for Warrant of Possession of Land such an application? Do I additionally need to complete an N323 Warrant of Control?

Thanks in advance.
