Unmarried couple, 2 kids been excellent tenants for many years. Having trial separation, man moving out. Woman needs help from the Council to pay the rent but the council are asking for a contract in just her name. How do I proceed? Also the deposit is in his name what do i need to do? They are on very amicable terms so are happy to do whatever is needed. Thank you.
