25 years ago we purchased a property and had a full refurb done on it.

Very unusually for me, I just cannot find the paperwork on the refurb. I know it was roughly 25K but that is it.

I need to do my cgt (it is now sold) and I was wondering , do I just enter this and wing it or do I put notes in  ... Ironically the same property, 25 years on had to be put back together as the tenant actually trashed the place .. and somehow decided to saw through some of the roof joists. Why I'll never know .. but that's the world of a landlord.
