I want to know I can get my property back when I need it back at the end of an AST. Tenants keep me from doing what I think are essential repairs and only want me to do repairs that suit them. This has caused major frustrations and disagreements.Tenants think they can complain about a property but then don't let me in to fix it... and it goes on and on... very frustrating! Also, they only complain when it suits them...and when it comes to rent review time, they don't complain at all. Then after rent reveiw, they complain again but then don't allow access. I am getting really fed up with this behaviour...... 

Landlords need to have access to deal with issues between tenancies and need to be able to have periods where mid-longer term maintenance projects can be accomodated.
