Grrr!

My agent was taken over by another group.  New agent stated my terms and conditions remain the same as with previous agent.

Previous agent tenancy agreement: 12 month with 6 month break clause initial term with annual rent review.

New agent tenancy agreement: 12 month fixed term, no break clause, no rent review.

My mortgage is now higher than the rent and still have service charge, ground rent, insurance, agent fees etc to pay ... what options do I have .. tenant is not at fault but paying way below market rate now and I and struggling to bridge rent payment with personal finance ... the NRLA helpline is not operating today ..

Thank you
