Hi all,

I wanted to change some of the terms in the NRLA contract via the NRLA Addendum. For example, I would like the notice for ending the tenancy to be at least 2 calendar months for both landlord and tenant. In this case, Clause 8.1 in the NRLA Tenancy Agreement states that it is at least one calendar month. Would it be best if I just write a new clause in the Addendum to say this, or should I copy and paste 8.1 into the Addendum and amend it? If I do just amend it, do I have to write something to the effect that "Clause 8.1 has been amended as follows:"

Thank you.
