What is the best way/option for setting up investment partnership with company abroad

I have a limited company which i use in buying properties. I have a friend based outside the UK (she has a business in the country she lives in) who want to partner with me to invest in property purchases in the UK. 

Is there anyone who has done this before that can recommend the best options , and also how they think i can go about getting this done?
