Hello all,

I need to take a gaurantor to court as they gauranteed a tenancy in Wales, but when applying to court online the system won't allow a defendants address if it is not in England or Wales.  I assume I can still oersue the claim somehow as it is still a UK Juristiction?

Also I have taken the pre-court steps to avoid having to do this with no luck. To complicate things further the guarantor originally agreed to cover 1 of the tenants debts and the other half was paid by the remaining tenant. I feel bad but am I still able to claim against that tenant for the rest as well, going back on that agreement as the agreement was under the pretense that the gaurnator would actually pay up.

It was a joint tenancy between a couple, the guy has disapeard leaving the dent and his girlfriend paid half of it. The gaurantor is the mother of the guy whos left and has no fixed abode.
