Main residence stamp duty with 2 rental properties

We have two properties which are rented out and, are now considering the purchase of a third property for ourselves to live in. Are we able to prioritise this property as our main home ahead of the other two in order to base the 'additional home(s)' stamp duty liability on the value of one of, or the sum of both, the existing properties?
