Insurance on Tower Blocks with Cladding

Has anyone had problems getting insurance on a tower block? Our apartment is in a building over 18m and claddnig has been fully remediated. 

Our brokers aer struggling to get an underwritor. 

The building has Building Insurance, EWS 1 certificate and full soecification documents. We are just trying to get Landlors insurance, loss of rent etc 

Any halp gratefully received.
