Hello, 
I am purchasing one more BTL property right now. The property is in Liverpool and is subject to Liverpool City Council Landlord Licensing Scheme. I have already lodged my licensing application and paid all required fees in full. However, there is no indication of processing timeframes. I was wondering whether I can let out this property prior to the Landlord License being issued? Thanks
