Hi All , 

This is the first time I am about to let to a company. 

Keen to find out what documents I need to serve them correctly to ensure compliance? 

Also , if at any point I need to end the tenancy , I believe I can serve notice to quit . if they still decide not to go , do I then have to take them to the court? under what grounds.
