Cardiff Council have brought in a new charge for landlords and contractors to pay to park when visiting or working on a property in a 'zonal area'. It's called a Digital Contractors Permit. The cost is between £8 a day and £60 a month and only allows work to be done on 1 property even if you own more than 1 in a street. Proof has to be given of the work being undertaken.

I believe this to be an unfair charge and have started a petition against it.

Are there any landlords on this forum that will be affected by the charge?
