Has anyone had ex[erience of FLYP. We have a 4 bed flat in South London that is hard to sel in current market. The EA has suggested we might use FLYP. FLYP agree and asking price, then after tenants are out, they go in and upgrade the flat, decor etc and dress it. They then short term let and go in whenever there is a viewing and mak sure it is clean and tidy. They then take 35% of anything you make over the asking price. The short term rent is much higher than the normal rent and this is supposed to help cover the mortgage and the cost of improvements!
