After a recent inspection, my tenant has advised that the floorboards are creaky and if they get up at night or when they go to bed, this wakes their baby/toddler.   I have read the tenancy contract and also section 11 of the Landlord and tenant Act 1985 and cannot see anything that would lead me to think I have to replace these as they are not affecting the structure or habitability of the property.  However, this said, is there anything I am missing ?
