Can anyone recommend an agency to deal with sale of HMO in Manchester?

Hello, 

Looking to sell an HMO. There are many agents online offering agency services that exclusively sell HMO's.  Local agents have said they will contact their investors but wondering if an HMO-specific agent may be better.
