Can you clarify for me, please?

I am based in Wales.

I believe that an EPC that is at least an E rating doesn't have to be renewed when it runs out untill there is a change of tenacy.

Also I understand that we are required to provide an EICR every 5 years and at the start of a new tenancy but not for existing tenancies until the 1st December 2023.
