I only have one house that I rent out. The tenant who has been there for 10 years since I bought the house has asked when an electrical condition report was last completed. I think it was when I bought the house. Are they now needed more often? I can see the rules say since 2021 that existing tenancies need to have one every 5 years. Does that mean I should have had one done by 2021 or does the 5 years start then so it's needed by 2026? Many thanks
