Currently a tenant I inherited, (tenant A)is refusing to pay rent due to the anti social behavior of another tenant (tenant B)in a block of flats. The none payer is in a tenancy agreement prior to the 1988 Housing Act and the Assured Short Hold Tenancies dating to 1987.

All action that could have been taken against  tenant B has been taken & they have an eviction notice pending.

Can eviction of tenant A due to 3 months none payment be successful what are members experiences of this?
