Hi, I'm new here and I expect my next set of tenants will push me into Lambeth's Additional HMO territory for the first time. I'm taking viewings now and it's mostly sharers (Joint and Several AST) rather than families.

So I'm preparing myself to apply for the Additional HMO license.

I've read through a lot of previous posts and saw that there are a number of people who have been in the same position. But the discussions are closed there is no follow up.

if you have been in this position and have property in Lambeth/Lewisham/Wandsworth can I ask which suppliers you used to provide you with Fire Alarm Cert and Fire Safety Assessment?
