My tenant is 2.5 months in rent arrears. He has been served an RHW20 but has not responded. I have started a claim with my rent and legal insurance provider but I am unsure what the next steps are and how I have him evicted? Does a section 8 apply in Wales or do I now have to start a possession order and go to court? What does that process look like?
