I took on the management company in Salisbury & they have refunded me £655! I am so grateful for your advice, I took up with them the issue of renewed tenancy agreements and why they did this & you pointed out they only had to renew the date and their arguement was completely shattered! I'm still going to check all their deductions, I don't trust the b***gers one inch! 

That's 6 yrs of NRLA subscriptions saved in one hit, thanks so much!
