Hello,

My rental contract states that the landlord is not required to repair or replace white goods which came with the property.

On moving into the property, I informed the LL that the dishwasher was broken and he said in the WhatsApp chat that if it was broken he'd replace it. Which he did. Unfortunately it's broken again and the LL is not answering my messages to have it looked at.

Is he under any obligation at all to deal this matter ?

thank you

John
