How long should it be before I get enquiries through openrent?

Its not reached the portals yet, should OR's personal portal alone give me a few enquiries???. Demand is hot in my city, would have expected much from just the first few hours! If its overpriced id rather reduce it BEFORE it hits the portals! Thankyou please help!
