HI, fairly new to being a landlord (alomsot 3 years) and now have 7 properties but struggling to keep up with what is due and when in terms of gas certificate, insurance, morgage renewal, tenancy etc - does anyone have suggestions of any type of software or app thats good for this or even just a prompt of when stuff is due. Currently using an excel spreadsheet.  Thank you, Anne
