Hello all,

I am currently refurbing my first BTL property and i have had my electrician in and he told me that to rent out the house i need wired smoke alarms. Will battery operated alarms not be sufficient?

This is a single let, 3 bedroom, mid terraced house.

Any advice greatly appreciated
