Asylum tenants

We have been approached by Property Sense Investments Ltd regarding rehoming a family for between 3 and 7 years. The family are successful UK governement asylum applicants.

The rent, maintenance etc are all guranteed. Does anybody have any expereince of this?

We are landlords in Wales.
