Looking for a property for sale using seller financing

Hello,

     I'm trying to find landlords looking to sell their property using the creative finance option where i can pay a certain percentage of the selling price and pay the rest in monthly installments.

My thinking would be that this would suite landloards who own the property outright 

Does anyone have any idea or suggestions? As i am looking for alternative ways of building my portfolio as a faily new investor
