Landlords and letting agents are getting together to discuss the rent levels for next academic year. We’re meeting at the Conto Lounge in Winton next Tuesday 10th October at 1pm. I hope you can make it. We’d like to establish more realistic rent rates for students to fill the gap between current rents and what the halls of residence are charging. It would be good if most houses will be marketed at around the same levels. See you there.
