Hello all,

I have recently purchased a property with a tenant in situ and am self managing. I would like to check with your goodselves that I haven't missed anything.

There is an AST in place running untill Feb 2024

Valid EPC, gas safe cert, EICR

I have my landlords insurance in place

I have sent the tenants a section 3 & 48 notifying change in landlord with all my contact details etc

I have protected their deposit in the tenancy deposit scheme and sent them a copy of their certificate

previous management company carried out a periodic inspection not too long ago, I plan to carry out my own soon with prior notie to the tenant

I have registered with the ICO (GDPR)

of course, I have signed up with the NRLA!!
