How much is the chance to win if go through TDS adjudicator? This is the situation...

We have a tenant that has damanged the flat to the value of £9000 and the deposit registered with TDS is only £700.

Our problem is we did not have a check in report, to save cost, the rent is £600 for two years. The tenant was aware of not having the inventory report when moved in and signed additional agreement to take good care of the flat and would return the flat as good as he received it. We did have lots of evidence of photos and videos of the condition of the flat when the tenant moved out, it was unrecoverable to do repairs. All carpets, furnitures, curtains, bathroom vanity, ceiling light, kitchen cabinets, windows... were destroyed.

We are cruious if the dispute adjudicator will overule our application without considerating more details just because there is no check in report? But we have loads of photos and reports as evidence of the state of the flat after tenant's departure. The tenant did not make the check out photos as requested. Appreciate any advice.
