It's good to see that Ben from the NRLA is getting out and about and doing what he can to represent us landlords currently. However, as I have said before, because the NRLA represent such a small number of the total landlords out there, his campaigning will continue to have little or no effect on the "serious" issues that are affecting us.

I'd like to know what the NRLA are doing to boost the numbers, as I see little in the way of marketing the of the organisation. I've spoken to 2 long term landlords in the last week who had never heard of the NRLA!

I would have thought it would have been possible to contact every owner of tenanted property and therefore get the message out that the NRLA exisit and what they do etc.

It may not be allowed or seen as appropiate, but I never see Ben mention what the NRLA stands for and how to join, in any of his interviews.

Does the NRLA have a marketing team and budget and if so what do they do? I'd be interested to hear.
