From what i have seen in the last couple of years, there have been an influx of hotels and investment property brokers offering hotel rooms with hihg yields. Equally service apartments are in the know.

- Is there someone in this community with experience in this type of investments ?  

- What are the common issues or benefits?.

I am strongly looking to invest in any of this, as for me it is attractive to have passive income while i can use the room or service apartment every now and then for personal use.
